How It Works

1. Send photos.
Text us a few photos of what needs to be packed or loaded and tell us the date.

2. Get a firm number.
$70 per crew member per hour, 2-person crew, 2-hour minimum, with a not-to-exceed price for your job. The price we quote is the price on the invoice.

3. We pack and load.
Our crew shows up with dollies, straps and tools. We pack, carry, load and strap it down. You drive away.

What We Do

Pack boxes, wrap furniture, protect TVs and mirrors
Load your POD, U-Haul, rental trailer or storage unit
Unload it at the other end if it is in our service area
Carry heavy items up or down stairs
Take apart beds and tables, put them back together
Haul away anything you are not keeping (that is our main job)

What We Don’t Do

Drive, back up or reposition your truck or trailer. Under Oregon law a pack-and-load crew cannot provide or operate the vehicle. You rent it, we load it.
Arrange a truck or a driver for you
Supply packing materials for free (see below)
Pack or load pianos over 500 lbs, gun safes, hot tubs, firearms, cash or jewelry

Pricing

$70 per crew member per hour
2-person crew, 2-hour minimum ($280)
After the minimum, billed in 30-minute blocks
3rd crew member: $70 per hour
Clock starts when we arrive and stops when the last item is strapped down
Card payments add 3%. Cash, check, Zelle and Venmo: no fee

Packing supplies are not included

Boxes, tape, packing paper, bubble wrap, plastic wrap and furniture blankets are paid for by you. Buy them ahead of time, or tell us what you need and we bring it and add it to your invoice. Dollies, straps and tools are always included.

Keep Some, Toss the Rest

Most loading jobs come with a pile that is not going in the truck. We are a junk removal company first, so the same crew hauls it away the same day, and you get a credit for everything we can donate. One quote, one visit. See our junk removal pricing.

Packing & Loading FAQ

Can you take my stuff to the new house?
No. We do not transport household goods, and we never drive your rental. You rent the truck or POD, we pack and load it. If the new place is in our service area, we can meet you there and unload.

Do you bring boxes and packing materials?
Not for free. Boxes, tape, packing paper, bubble wrap, plastic wrap and furniture blankets are your cost. Buy them ahead or ask us to bring them and we add them to your invoice. Dollies, straps and tools are always included.

What if something breaks?
Tell us about anything fragile or valuable before we start. Our damage policy is written on your quote, so you know how it is handled before we lift a thing.

How long will my POD or truck take?
It depends on how much is packed and ready. Send photos and we give you a not-to-exceed number for the whole job.

Can I book just one person for one hour?
No. Our minimum is a 2-person crew for 2 hours. That is the safe way to load, and it gets the job done in one visit.
