frequently asked questions

1. Are You Licensed To Do This Work?

All Oregon Junk Removal owners, trucks, and employees are all fully licensed and insured.

2. What Happens To Your Junk?

After each job, we head back to our warehouse and sort through every load. Items in good condition are donated to local charities, group homes, and re-stores; metal, electronics, and appliances get recycled; and only what’s left goes to the dump. Our goal is to keep as much as possible out of the landfill.

3. Do We Pick Up Hazardous Materials?

Yes! Unlike most companies, we take e-waste, styrofoam, paint, and household chemicals — just call for pricing on those items. The one exception is asbestos, which legally requires a licensed abatement contractor. Not sure about an item? Call or text us at (503) 455-7920 and we’ll let you know.

4. What Forms Of Payments Do We Take?

We accept cash, check, credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer, Zelle, and Venmo. Card payments add a 3% processing fee. Payment is collected once the job is complete.
