How much does it cost to clean out a storage unit?
Most units are a single trailer load: roughly $240–$600 for a 5×10, $600–$960 for a 10×10, and $960–$1,200 for a packed 10×20. A few items? $150 minimum pick-up. Quotes are firm and free from photos of the open unit.
Do I need to be there?
Someone needs to get us through the gate and to the unit — you, a family member, or the facility manager. After that, you’re free to go; we’ll send a photo of the swept, empty unit when we’re done.
How fast can you clear it?
Most units are same-week, many same-day or next-day. One unit is usually one trip.
I won a storage auction — will you haul what I don’t want?
Yes. Take your finds, text us photos of the rest, and we’ll clear and sweep the unit before your deadline.
Do you handle abandoned units for facilities?
Yes — tenant abandonments, evictions, and post-auction leftovers, with photos for your records and standing arrangements available for facilities that want every dead unit turned around fast.
What happens to the stuff?
Usable items are donated to local charities (documented on request), recyclables are recycled, and only the remainder is disposed of. Donations lower your price.
